The Bloody Long Day x TwoMonkeys. Jersey
We really love the meaning and purpose of this amazing cause.
The Bloody Long Day is a 24hr Ultra Triathlon which started in 2019 by our good friend and all-round awesome human, Mark.
Mark Pacey set himself the challenge to endure a 24-hour continuous ultra- triathlon to raise money for childhood cancer research as part of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Mark called the event “The Bloody Long Day” but the deeper meaning behind it was from his own personal experience where his youngest son Cooper was diagnosed with cancer at just seven years of age on 9 September 2010. Mark knew he was one of the lucky ones with more children dying of cancer than any other disease in Australia.
It was an absolute honour to collaborate with Mark on a jersey where the profits will go towards childhood cancer research.
